International students are often confronted with a completely new academic environment at the beginning of their studies and have many different questions or feel uncertain.

For this reason, the International Office invites all new international students to a two-day preparation workshop for the winter semester 2023/24. During these two mornings you will not only get to know the campus and your fellow students, but you will also be perfectly prepared for your start of studies.

Day 1

• First orientation + get to know HSHL
• What does it mean to study successfully?
• What should I be aware of - especially in the first semester?
• What is expected of me?

Including lunch together in the canteen!

Day 2

• What aspects of the teaching and learning culture at HSHL do I need to know?
• How do I use myHSHL, the learning platform and other media services? Please bring your laptop!
• What can I do and who can I turn to if I have problems with my studies?

Afterwards, we would like to discover Lippstadt with you.

Participation is voluntary, but highly recommended if you want to start your studies well prepared.
