Co-determination, participation, consultation
The Staff Council for Research Assistants at Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences was elected on 21 January 2021. Due to the increase in the number of staff members in the scientific area, the Staff Council for research employees has grown to seven members. The Staff Council supports all decisions made by the university in areas of employment law that require co-determination, participation, and consultation. This includes, in particular, hiring, promotions, and dismissals.
