Would you like to start a career in Germany after graduation or have you already applied for jobs? Together with HR expert Jana Köhler, we will take a look behind the scenes of job hunting and recruiting processes in Germany, and learn how to write job applications.

Content:
In this workshop session, we will focus on application documents, specifically how to create a CV and cover letter with the help of tools like ChatGPT. You will learn what these documents look like in Germany and what are the key success factors to get an invitation for an interview.

Organisational framework:
The workshop will be held in English. Attendance of all three modules is recommended but not mandatory. You can also sign-up for individual modules of your choice, depending on your needs. As the sessions are designed to be very interactive, please make sure your microphone and optionally video are working before logging in.

About the lecturer:
Jana Köhler is an experienced HR professional and founder of HalloGermany, a Berlin-based start-up that supports international professionals in Germany. Before founding HalloGermany, she worked as an IT consultant and HR professional for a management consultancy in Munich and several large corporations in Germany and abroad. Jana has worked and lived in India, Taiwan, Malaysia, and the US.
