Welcome Workshop for International Students & Late Arrival Students

International students are often confronted with a completely new academic environment at the beginning of their studies and have many different questions or feel insecure.

For this reason, the International Office invites all new international students to a preparatory workshop for the summer semester 2025. Shortly before the start of the summer semester, you will not only get to know the campus and other international students, but will also be perfectly prepared for the start of your studies.

Topics include:

• Initial orientation and getting to know the HSHL
• What does it mean to study successfully?
• What do I need to pay attention to - especially in the first semester?
• What is expected of me?
• What can I do and who can I turn to if I have problems during my studies?
• Lunch together in the canteen included!

Participation is voluntary, but highly recommended if you want to start your studies well prepared.
