Functionality and safety
The Regulatory Committee reviews and penalizes violations of regulations by students at Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences for the purpose of the functionality and security of the university.
The Committee works on the basis of the corresponding regulations, the Regulations for the Imposition of Disciplinary Measures for Violations of Regulations (Ordnung zur Verhängung von Ordnungsmaßnahmen). This contains the relevant violations of the regulations, the possible disciplinary measures and also more detailed information on the procedure.
In addition to the committee members with voting rights named here, the Equal Opportunities Officer, the representative for severely disabled people, the representative for students with disabilities or chronic illnesses and the Chair of the General Student Committee are non-voting members of the Regulatory Committee.
The Regulatory Committee is advised by the Legal Affairs department of Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences.
