Digital transformation is reshaping the world of work – and the skills needed to succeed. In this interactive online mini-workshop, you’ll discover which future skills matter most for your career. Explore two leading future skills models, reflect on what they mean for you, and evaluate your own strengths through practical examples. Short, hands-on exercises help you apply your insights directly to your personal profile, interests, and career goals.

Participants are familiar with current future skills models and can establish a connection to their own profile Methods: Input (slide-based), use of online tools (Next Skills Playground), exchange in small groups (breakout sessions)

Content

  • The basis of two future skills models and their relevance in today's and tomorrow's world of work
  • Practical insights into how you can identify and evaluate your own future skills
  • In the “calls to action”, you will briefly take action yourself to establish a connection between the skills and your situation (e.g., your competencies, your profile, your interests, etc.)
  • Brief digression on the benefits/purpose for the application process

About the Lecturer
Since 2011, Dr. Eva Reichmann has been the owner of beruf & leben GbR, working as a trainer and consultant specializing in career development, job-related competences, and higher education teaching. Before that, she spent several years in consulting and training for human resources and organizational development in the private sector. She has more than ten years of experience in research and teaching and established a university career service unit. Today, she collaborates with universities across Germany, integrating transdisciplinary ideas into her work and combining practical experience from both academia and the private sector.
