Content:
The last workshop session focuses on salary expectations and negotiation in Germany. You will learn how to research salary levels in Germany and set salary expectations in the application process, how salary payment works in Germany and to understand components of your first job offer.

Organisational framework:
The workshop will be held in English. Attendance of all three modules is recommended but not mandatory. You can also sign-up for individual modules of your choice, depending on your needs. As the sessions are designed to be very interactive, please make sure your microphone and optionally video are working before logging in.

Trainer:
Jana Köhler is an experienced HR professional and founder of HalloGermany, a Berlin-based start-up that supports international professionals in Germany. Before founding HalloGermany, she worked as an IT consultant and HR rofessional for a management consultancy in Munich and several large corporations in Germany and abroad.
