Stays at partner universities
An exchange semester at a partner university is one option for mobility abroad. “Freemover” stays at other universities are also possible, or naturally an internship abroad. Each option has its advantages. For an overview of them, see our stays abroad page.
Initiating new partnerships
We not only initiate new partnerships ourselves but also support employees who would like to implement their own ideas. We are happy to discuss suggestions on how we can intensify cooperation with existing partners. Just get in touch with us. Partner universities are also a possible destination for staff mobilities for our employees, who can even be supported with funds from the Erasmus program of the EU in some cases. More detailed information is available on the intranet (only accessible from the university network) and upon direct request from us.
Students can also contribute ideas: Do you already have contacts at universities abroad? Then stop by the International Office and tell us about them. Maybe we can consolidate these contacts and set up a permanent cooperation thanks to your help.
Partnerships for research and other purposes
With some partner universities, we do not have any student exchanges and/or staff mobilities, at least not yet. These partnerships are either still being created or they serve other purposes, such as joint research, for example.
