• Excursions

  As a student at Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences, you can take part in the sports tours of the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität (WWU) Münster at the same conditions as students from Münster. Simply select the entry "Studierende der WWU Münster" (Students of WWU Münster) in the field "Statusgruppe" (status group) and enter your HSHL matriculation number. • Fitness in Hamm

  Training at reduced rates at aktivita Fitnessstudio in Hamm

  Upon presentation of your student ID you can train for 50.00 euros per month at aktivita (address: Hafenstraße 12, 59067 Hamm). In conjunction with a rehabilitation or prevention program subsidized by the health insurance companies, training is possible for a contribution of 29.90 euros per month. This offer is not limited to any specific times and also includes participation in all the training offers and courses as well as the use of the sauna and wellness area. In addition, there is a one-time fee of 49.50 Euro for a starter package, which includes three personal training sessions, a muscle and joint diagnose and an individual training plan. The contract can be suspended during the semester break.

  Training at reduced rates at VIVA Fitness in Hamm

  Upon presentation of your student ID you can train at reduced rates at VIVA Fitness Hamm (address: Alter Uentroper Weg 46-48 Hamm, 59071).
  Following options are available:

  • "Only Training" for 29.99 €/ month (monthly cancellable)
  • "All inclusive" for 39.99 €/ month (monthly cancellable)
  • "Alles inklusive" for 29.99 €/ month (24 months contract, afterwards monthly cancellable)

  
  In addition, there is a one-time starter fee of 69.99 € and a fee of 20 € for a transponder. The contract can be suspended during the semester break.

   

• Swimming in Hamm

  Students and employees of the Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences can use the sports pool at Maximare every day at reduced rates. The entrance fee for 90 minutes is 1,90 euros. Please present your student card, employee card, or university sports certificate.

• Fitness in Lippstadt

  Training at reduced rates at GYM-Sportstudio Lippstadt

  Upon presentation of your student ID you can train for 25.90 euros per month at GYM-Sportstudio Lippstadt (address: Am Siek 8, 59557 Lippstadt). This offer is not limited to any specific times and also includes the participation in courses, the use of the sauna, and the consumption of drinks. There is a one-time joining fee of 49.50 euros. The contract can be suspended during the semester break.

  Training at reduced rates at M4Fitness-Sportstudio Lippstadt (and other locations)

  Upon presentation of your student ID you can train for 39.99 euros per month at M4Fitness Lippstadt (address: Rixbeckerstr. 124, 59557 Lippstadt). This offer is not limited to any specific times and also includes the participation in courses, the use of the sauna, and the consumption of drinks. There is a one-time joining fee of 54.50 euros. The contract can be suspended during the semester break.

• Outdoor sports in Lippstadt

  The Jahnplatz offers the opportunity to exercise outdoors and try out new sports. Whether it's a gymnastics facility, an exercise course, a skate park or a lighted running track - this is where you can really let off steam in Lippstadt.

  The area can be used by everyone free of charge and is open all year round.
