Expand your horizons
There is no doubt that a good degree is an important prerequisite for a successful start in the job world. But specialized knowledge alone isn't everything. Employers place as much emphasis on personal strengths and individual competencies, such as the ability to work in a team, confident demeanor and rhetorical skills.
That is why your curriculum includes courses in managing skills, which are important building blocks. In addition to this, the Career Service offers lectures and workshops that address main topics and give you the possibility to expand your skills and knowledge.

Learn how to apply for a job correctly
The topic of "Applying for a job" and everything surrounding that topic – from the written application in German or English to the interview to the Assessment Center – is the second main topic of additional qualifications. The workshops are run by experienced trainers and take place outside your regular lecture times in small groups to allow you to deal with the topic intensively and interactively.
