Open Day at Campus Hamm and Classic car rally Hamm erFahren

On August 25, the classic car rally "Hamm erFahren" returns to the Hamm campus of Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences. All the more reason for the HSHL to open its doors and some laboratories as part of the finish.
From 1:00 p.m., a varied program with guided tours, information stands and short presentations awaits all interested parties.
Younger guests will also be catered for: those who like sports can let off steam on the new "Hamm bouncy castle", those who prefer to experiment can try their hand at paper chromatography or test the pH values of various substances in the red cabbage test or make their own little robot to take home.
Scientific staff and professors provide insights into their laboratories during expert tours. A special highlight: the building management tours to the university's rooftop photovoltaic system. Details of the guided tours on offer can be found further down the page.
The Studierendenwerk Paderborn will provide refreshments around the Mensa Basilica.
Classic car fans will get their money's worth in the morning and from around 3 p.m.: the rally starts from the university in the morning and ends there again in the afternoon. The historic vehicles can be admired on campus and in the university parking lot.
